Ever Black Systems provides digital infrastructure services, including GPU compute access and related tools. By using this platform, you agree not to engage in any unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity. This includes attempting to breach security, train illegal or harmful models, perform unauthorized data access, or use compute resources in a way that violates applicable law or infringes on rights.

All infrastructure services are provided “as available.” Ever Black Systems reserves the right to suspend or terminate access due to system abuse, security concerns, or violations of this agreement.

Ever Black Systems is not liable for damages arising from service interruptions, user actions, or third-party failures.

Privacy Policy

Ever Black Systems collects limited information needed to operate and support our services, such as account details, usage metrics, and communication logs. We do not view or use customer data, training datasets, or workloads unless required for security, legal compliance, or technical support.

We do not sell, rent, or monetize user data.
We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect our systems and your information.
By using Ever Black Systems, you consent to this privacy policy.

Refund Policy

Ever Black Systems provides digital infrastructure services, which begin processing immediately upon access.
As a result:

All compute usage, digital credits, and digital services are non-refundable.

Refunds may be issued only in the following limited cases:

  • Billing errors

  • Proven technical downtime

  • Duplicate charges

In those cases, Ever Black Systems may issue account credit at our discretion.

No refunds are issued for workloads that have already run or begun processing.

Shipping Policy

Ever Black Systems provides digital services only.
No physical products are shipped unless explicitly stated in a separate listing.

For any physical merchandise offered in the future, shipping details will be clearly listed on the product page.

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Users may not use Ever Black Systems infrastructure for:

  • Illegal activities

  • Security breaches or penetration attempts

  • Hosting, generating, or distributing harmful or abusive content

  • Training models intended for harassment, discrimination, or unlawful surveillance

  • Activities that threaten system stability or violate data rights

Ever Black Systems reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate access for violations.
